About the Online DOEP Class Texas

The Drug Offender https://alcoholanddrugoffenders.com/doep/Education Program (DOEP) is designed for individuals who have been ordered by a Texas court, probation department, attorney, or other referring agency to complete an approved drug offender education course. Virtually Fortified offers this TDLR-licensed program live online through Zoom so participants can attend from anywhere in Texas without traveling to a classroom.

Our Online DOEP Class Texas is instructor-led and interactive. Participants are expected to attend all required sessions, remain visible on camera, participate appropriately, and complete all required pre-class documentation before the course begins. Because this is a regulated court-ordered education program, full attendance and compliance with class rules are required for successful completion.

Classes are offered in convenient evening schedules, with English and Spanish options available. Participants should select a class date that allows enough time to meet any court, probation, DPS, or attorney deadline.

What Happens After Registration

After registration, participants receive instructions for completing required pre-work and preparing for class. Required documents must be submitted by the stated deadline before admission to the course. Participants should use a device with a working camera, reliable internet connection, and Zoom access.

After successful completion of the program, the participant’s certificate is processed and mailed. A copy may also be provided to a probation officer, court, or attorney when the appropriate contact information is supplied.

Before You Enroll

Please review the class dates carefully before registering. Participants should make sure the selected schedule does not conflict with work, court, probation, or other obligations. Late arrival, missed class time, failure to complete required pre-work, or failure to follow class rules may prevent successful completion.

IMPORTANT — MINIMUM ENROLLMENT, LATE & SAME-DAY REGISTRATION

TDLR requires a minimum of 3 participants for the class to be conducted. Late or same-day registration does not guarantee that the class will be held.

If minimum enrollment is not met, your class payment will be transferred to the next available eligible class date. No refund will be issued. Late, same-day, expedited, and premium enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Virtually Fortified Alcohol & Drug Offender Education provides TDLR-licensed online DOEP classes for participants throughout Texas, with live instructor-led education designed to meet court-ordered program requirements.
